  Perfect place to gather with friends – loads of space for us all in bedrooms and enough seating in the lounge for 5 (plus dining chairs). Much bigger than I’d imagined. All clean and comfortable, good communication on the day and an excellent location about 3 mins walk from the tram into Manchester. We really enjoyed our stay – happy to recommend.
