It’s a beautiful flat, but needs maintaining. Ripped wallpaper, marks all over the walls, hair in the bed. Ironically everyone has mentioned about the bed, has the owner listened, no they haven’t. Considering the money they probably get for the flat, they have done nothing.
Sort the wallpaper out, sort out the very badly, bodged paint work in the bathroom. (Someone either needs glasses or a 5 year old did it). Sort the mattress out. Put some batteries in the clocks. Straighten the wall frames and fix the flooring, along with the bathroom door.
Everywhere including the entrance needs a repaint. Dirt marks on all walls. All very much half arsed. The flooring from the kitchen to the lounge is not remotely aligned. The door in the bathroom won’t even shut. It’s dropped. The door frame looks like half of it has been ripped off.
Personally I would avoid it if you want a good nights sleep.
The owner doesn’t really seem to give two flying f**ks by the looks of it.
It’s a real shame as it’s potentially a beautiful apartment.
