  Ideal place to stay if visiting Manchester or Salford Quays. Very comfortable, simple but perfectly clean with basic but good cooking facilities, great shower and nice and warm Access info was simple and easy, very quiet. Bus into the city was easy, or about 10 uber. Little shop for any snacks downstairs. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Parking available literally 3 yards away on side street. Very impressed and great value.

  The property was spacious, clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave, hot plate etc. Sitting room had a large tv with Sky tv. Bedroom was cosy and the shower was good.

  Away from the noise of the city, there is a regular bus service to the city. There is a grocery store right next door.
