  Clean apartment and responsive staff .. the apartment felt like home . Would book again

  The apartment was quite big. The building itself was run down but the apt was clean and spatious.

  The property is very well situated and only a short walk of about 15 minutes to Clumpsall Tram station . The property was very well appointed and it had everything you needed and the bonus was the steaming hot water every day .
  The area is safe and it has an amazing cafe called The Secret Sandwich around the corner which makes an amazing breakfast each day at a very good price

  The apartment was set out perfect. We did a weekend as 2 couples. My husband and I are both disabled, it was 2 flights of stairs, so it was hard work for us. Won't go back as it's too hard for us. If you are pretty fit, then I would highly recommend it. Good value for money.

  There is parking and on most days I was parked right in front of my room which was nice. The room was cold but you could always turn the heating on to warm up the apartment
