  Checking in was painless and straight forward with clear instructions received to facilitate this.
  The house was warm, welcoming and clean upon entry.
  Heating controls and other appliances were easy to use.
  Access to the Etihad stadium and COOP live are as described.
  There is a Tesco express 5 – 10 mins walk that has good opening hours to get essentials like milk, cereals and such like.
  Tea, Coffee and Sugar all supplied and appreciated.

  The property was in a quiet area but very close to the city, Etihad stadium and the Coop live arena. Great parking and a lovely small back garden. Inside had a nice lounge, kitchen, downstairs toilet and utility room. Upstairs had 2 good size bedrooms and bathroom. Perfect for our group of 4.

  Brilliant location for co-op arena and house was really lovely. Beds really comfy, kitchen well equipped and extremely clean. Communication on check in is excellent and a guide is provided regarding things to do and places to get food etc which is a great touch!
