  Firstly Communication was second to none, The Host Knows How to Host!
  
  Location: Parking across the road was perfect and for our needs was great, 20 minutes walk to the CO OP Arena and another 20 minutes walk to the City centre shops, Christmas Markets etc.
  
  The Property: Inside the property was warm and very clean throughout. It was equipped with everything you would need and if you like watching the T.V. you won't be disappointed!
  The beds were very comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep.
  Out the back door was a nice seating area to enjoy a morning coffee.
  
  To Sum Up: Next time we visit Manchester this will be at the top of our list for accommodation and we would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

  A great location for my son's uni visit. Free parking over the road and the tram stop into the city was only a 5 minute walk.
  
  The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house has everything we would need and we had great communication from the host.
