Entire house with parking Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Entire house with parking on Leaf Street, you immediately get that “oh, this is actually perfect” feeling. It’s one of those converted Victorian houses that Manchester does so well — you know, the kind where someone’s taken a beautiful old building and turned it into something that feels both historic and completely livable. The fact that there’s dedicated parking right on site is honestly a game-changer in this part of the city, where finding a spot can be a proper nightmare.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about this three-star spot — you’re in Hulme, which puts you right in that sweet spot between the city center buzz and having actual breathing room. The location rating of 8.4 makes total sense when you realize you can walk to the Northern Quarter in about fifteen minutes, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and chaos. Couples seem to absolutely love it here (they’ve rated the location 9.3), and I get why — there’s something romantic about having your own little house in the city while still being close to everything that matters.
The Space Itself
What strikes me most about staying at Entire house with parking is how it actually feels like a home rather than just accommodation. You’ve got the whole place to yourself, which means you can spread out, cook if you want to, and basically live like a local for however long you’re staying. The rooms have that comfortable, lived-in quality — not fancy, but genuinely welcoming in a way that makes you want to kick off your shoes and settle in properly.
Practical Perks
Let’s talk about that parking situation again because honestly, it’s worth mentioning twice. Free private parking in Manchester is like finding a unicorn — especially somewhere this close to the center. You’ll save yourself both money and the headache of circling blocks looking for a space. The whole setup just works really well for people who want independence during their stay. I mean, you can come and go as you please, store your groceries in an actual fridge, and not worry about hotel breakfast times or reception hours.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.4 rating tells the real story here — this place delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, which is refreshing. You get a proper house experience in a city that can feel overwhelming if you’re staying right in the thick of things. The combination of space, location, and that precious parking makes it work particularly well for couples who want to explore Manchester at their own pace. Plus, there’s something quite nice about having your own front door key rather than a plastic hotel card — it’s those little touches that make the difference between just visiting a place and actually experiencing it.
Manchester’s apartments welcome families with community gardens, cinema rooms, and easy Metrolink rides.

We loved this place, not just affordable for the price but clean, had everything we needed, quiet area, perfect parking space and warm/well insulated.
The host was in contact, answering quickly and with very clear instructions sent to us by video!
The place was spotless when we arrived. We stayed on a cold evening and the thermostat worked excellent we weren't cold at all.
The shower is great, good pressure! Kitchen has all the basics, perhaps if you are staying for long you might need more cups, but we stayed for 1 night and we were surprised on how comfortable the place was.
If we ever come back to Manchester we will look into booking this place again.Umar from United Kingdom (8/10)

love that I had a parking spot and the single beds made sharing a room better as no one had to share a bed.
The property was comfy clean and warm. Easy to gain access and the code to the Key box was sent immediately after booking considering it was a same day booking.
