Great location easy access to anywhere from house. Simon the owner was extremely helpful when I rung him to ask questions about the area. Area very quiet no noise at all. Safe driveway to park the car. Stayed with my parents and all 3 of us slept extremely well. Overall very impressed and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you Simon

At the end of a very quiet cul de sac, with very safe parking for a couple of cars. Good kitchen, dining area and plenty of seating. Very clean and modern furnishings. Close to supermarket, cafes, restaurants etc in an upmarket area! Excellent area for dog walking with the River Mersey walk nearby.

The owner, Simon, was really great. He was happy to accommodate our requests and helped us deal with a minor issue really quickly. Getting into the property was really straightforward, having been provided very clear instructions. The lounge and diner were perfect – plenty of seating and the settees were very comfortable. The owner had very thoughtfully left blankets for colder evenings. Wi-Fi was excellent. TV had a variety of streaming apps. A huge plus was that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. We stay in holiday homes a lot and have found most places only supply the bare minimum, sometimes not even that! Not the case here – everything we needed was there, even washing powder (which came in handy after my husband’s bottle of mouthwash leaked all over his clothes!). The garden is nice, tucked away round the side and fenced off, so a plus if you have kids. Main bedroom was big and had lots of storage for clothes.
