  Het huis en de locatie zijn echt bijzonder. Het huis is een oud sluiswachtershuisje naast een met de hand bediende ouderwetse sluis waar af en toe een woonboot doorheen komt. Voor kinderen fascinerend om te zien. Het huisje staat in de wijk Castlefield tussen oude dok gebouwen die zijn omgebouwd tot hippe appartementen en horeca. Aan de overkant van de sluis is een bar met groot terras waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Het huis zelf is ruim, 3 slaapkamers en (eigenaardig genoeg) ook 3 woonkamers, een woonkeuken en een badkamer. Het huis is meer dan 200 jaar oud en goed onderhouden. Er is een mooie tuin. Check-in is perfect geregeld d.m.v. een sleutelkastje, dus alle flexibiliteit.
