  I had to book this property last minute after my original accommodation cancelled my stay as I was about to check in. I was in a bit of a panic as I had a concert to go to in the evening. I was able to speak to a lovely lady from Sapphire Sleeps (sorry I didn’t get your name) on the phone to explain the situation and arrange immediate check in.   This has truly been the most exceptional booking I have ever made in the hundreds of bookings I've made over the years. It was a 60th birthday treat for three of us old schoolfriends, and we were blown away by the property, and all the extras that the hosts had kindly left. None of us had ever done anything like this before, and it was like one of those scenes that regularly feature in Hollywood films, but ordinary people rarely get the chance to experience. All three of us will remember this day for the rest of our lives as something so special, and the other two wanted me to pass on their appreciation too. Everything about the experience was top drawer – we loved it!!!
