Manchesters Ultimate House – Hot tub – Sleeps 23! Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to Manchesters Ultimate House – Hot tub – Sleeps 23!, I’ll be honest — the name made me chuckle, but the property itself is no joke. This four-star house sits on The Crescent in Salford, and you know what? The location actually works brilliantly. It’s one of those spots where you get the space and character of a proper Manchester neighborhood without being stuck in the tourist chaos of the city center. The parking situation alone sold me — having your own guaranteed spot in Manchester is basically winning the lottery.
The Space That Delivers
This place genuinely sleeps 23 people, which sounds mental until you see how they’ve done it. The layout is smart — multiple bedrooms that don’t feel cramped, and common areas where your group can actually hang out together without stepping on each other. Each room has been thoughtfully set up, and I mean that. You’re not dealing with bunk beds shoved into every corner like some places I’ve stayed. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which matters when you’re feeding a crowd and don’t want to blow your budget on takeaways every night.
That Hot Tub Situation
Let’s talk about the star of the show — that hot tub they’re advertising isn’t just some afterthought stuck in a corner. It’s actually a proper setup where you can fit a decent group, and honestly, after a day exploring Manchester or catching a match, it hits the spot. The whole outdoor area feels private enough that you’re not worried about the neighbors judging your questionable playlist choices. I’ve stayed at places where the “hot tub” is basically a glorified bathtub, but this one delivers on the promise.
Location Perks
Here’s what I really appreciated about Salford — you’re close enough to Manchester’s action but far enough out that you can actually relax. The tram connections are solid, so getting into the city center for shopping, football, or nightlife is straightforward. But when you want to escape back to your base, you’re not dealing with city center noise and chaos. The area has that residential feel where you can grab groceries, find a decent pub, and feel like you’re experiencing how locals actually live rather than just passing through.
Why Groups Keep Coming Back
The 8.9 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s the little things that add up. The property management actually responds quickly when you have questions (trust me, with a group of 23, questions will come up). The whole place feels like someone put thought into what large groups actually need rather than just cramming beds everywhere and calling it done. Whether you’re here for a celebration, reunion, or just because you found 22 other people crazy enough to holiday together, this house handles the logistics so you can focus on having a good time. Plus, couples seem to love it too, which tells you the space works for different group dynamics.

Reviews of Manchesters Ultimate House – Hot tub – Sleeps 23!

We spent 3 nights in the house as a large group of 23 people. It was challenging to find appropriate accommodation for so many individuals. We participated in a larger family event near Manchester, which made the location of the house crucial. Fortunately, we found this house, which is amazing in every sense.
The house is close to Salford Crescent railway station, which provides direct, comfortable access to the airport and towns in the North-West. Additionally, downtown is easily reachable from the bus stop in front of the house; it's only 4-5 stops away. The Salford Quays, an interesting area, are also close by, either on foot or by bus.
The style and size of the house are very impressive. Nevertheless, the atmosphere of this accommodation is quite unique. I have never felt anything similar in a foreign place, but it was as welcoming as our home. The kitchen is excellent; you can find everything necessary to cater to the needs of 23 people. And of course, I must highlight the hot tub, which was a welcome relief from the typical Manchester spring weather. The house, of course, has a few weaker points like most homes, but these are not seriously problematic. People, especially in good company, can tolerate or may not even notice them. The originally limited number of showers is cleverly compensated for by compact bathrooms in the ground-floor rooms.
I have to write about the staff of this place because I haven’t experienced similar service before. Organizing so many people, I had lots of questions to clarify details and introduce our special requirements, but this was never a problem; the responses were always quick, helpful, and friendly. For instance, one of my cousins left her wallet and sunglasses in the house, and the cleaning staff found them and they are now on their way to us. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for all their help and patience.Rasheed from United Kingdom (8/10)
Stayed here with my large family. the location is great, cosy, and very warm around the house. I read the house description and reviews in detail so i knew what to expect. I booked for 14 people, and I would suggest having additional seating areas in the lounge or dining as it would be difficult to seat if 23 people were booked (not a negative, a suggestion).

We loved this property, very spacious, warm, full of natural light and cosy. The location was quite good, usually a 10-20 min taxi everywhere we went around the city centre. Communication with the agency was very good and found them helpful all throughout. We would highly recommend this property

What an amazing house with great character the rooms are very big with high ceilings there is parking at the back and you are right opposite the Museum and Salford University. Opposite Peel park to take a stroll down the river. Surprisingly quiet and the secondary glazing on the road side of this property really keeps the noise out. Loved the main living room and 75" TV with netflix ans Sky! Ubiquiti Wifi everywhere with good performance. Hot tub was a nice touch.

I thought the house was beautiful, we were a party of 18 people and everyone had a bed (people doubled up) and we didn’t have to use the sofa beds in the living room. the hot tub and the pool table were a nice touch and the accommodation was very helpful in terms of sending me an inventory of all the kitchen utensils so I could work out if I need to bring anything for the meal I cooked for everyone. there were also more bathrooms than I expected which was good. location was good too as it was only a 10/15 min bus into the centre and buses were very regular.

Value for for money is exceptional and the amount of space was outstanding

good location not far from the city centre easier to get the busses or taxi.
