Very clean and modern, lots of space for a large group and enough bathrooms for us all. Hot tub was already turned on when we arrived and it is also under cover so we could use it even in the cold damp weather! Car parking available right outside and very short walk to the northern quarter. Heating was on so although it's an open plan apartment it still felt cosy and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating, and provided all the info we needed in advance of our arrival. Considering we were in the city centre it was not noisy at all during the night. We had a great stay there and would definitely book again next time we stay over in Manchester.
