  The location and the owner of the place made this stay excellent! Owners were so pleasant and easy to communicate with when anything came up. Location is the absolute highlight of this apartment though! There is a shopping center and food places literally across the street, the AO arena is maybe a 5min walk away and a tram station is just around the corner. Museums and more busy shopping streets are so easily available.

  the apartment was cozy, clean and a lovely place to stay near all the action in manchester. almost everything was walking distance from the safe and secure building.

  We were delighted to be upgraded to a bigger apartment with a balcony and a spectacular view due to building works around our original apartment. Our host met me to hand over the keys and was friendly and answered questions via text message e.g. wi-fi code. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

  We had a great stay, the communication is really easy. The location of the apartment is amazing, in the Northern quarter, right around the corner of to the Shudehill Interchange coach station and across the street from a nice shopping centre. The apartment itself has everything you need, nice and modern, spacious. Sockets and USB port on both sides of the bed, fabulous! Would definitely return.

  Was contacted before arrival to arrange a time of check in, door code was given to check ourselves in, with a key left inside the apartment, was really easy and beneficial. Was a bit of a struggle to locate the apartment due to the scaffolding outside the buildings on the busy street but that’s no fault of the apartment. Was really clean and modern.. I honestly couldn’t fault the apartment in the slightest! Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest but a beds a bed and it did the job!
