Prime Location 1 Bed Penthouse Apartment Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Prime Location 1 Bed Penthouse Apartment at Adelphi Wharf, I honestly wasn’t prepared for just how impressive this place would be. The building itself has that sleek, modern Manchester vibe — you know, the kind that’s transformed the city’s skyline over the past decade. What struck me immediately was how this four-star property manages to feel both sophisticated and genuinely welcoming at the same time.
The Space
The apartment is what really sets this place apart from your typical hotel experience. You’re getting a full penthouse setup here, which means proper living space that doesn’t feel cramped or hotel-like. The room flows naturally into the living area, and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without everything looking like a disaster zone. The kitchen is fully equipped too — I mean, you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to, though honestly, with Manchester’s food scene right at your doorstep, you might not bother.
Location Magic
Here’s where this place really shines, and I get why couples rate the location so highly. You’re literally in the heart of Manchester, but tucked away on Adelphi Street in a way that feels surprisingly peaceful. The Salford location might sound off-putting if you don’t know the area, but trust me — you’re a five-minute walk from Deansgate and all the action, yet far enough removed that you won’t have drunk revelers keeping you up at night. The tram connections are brilliant from here, and if you’re driving, the parking situation is actually manageable, which is saying something for this part of the city.
What Makes It Special
The penthouse aspect isn’t just marketing fluff — you genuinely get those elevated views that make Manchester look pretty spectacular, especially in the evening when all the lights come on. The apartment feels more like staying in a friend’s really nice place than a typical rental property. Everything’s been thought through properly, from the lighting to the way the space is laid out. I particularly appreciated how quiet it was despite being so central — the building’s solid, and you’re high enough up that street noise just isn’t an issue.
Why Guests Love It
That perfect 10 rating isn’t an accident, and after staying here, I completely understand it. You’re getting the independence and space of your own place with the polish and reliability of a quality hotel experience. The location really is unbeatable — close enough to everything that matters in Manchester, but positioned so you feel like you’ve got your own little sanctuary above it all. For couples especially, there’s something quite romantic about having your own penthouse in the city, even if it’s just for a few nights. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re living well, not just passing through.

Close enough to the bus stops, and to the rail station that takes you to the airport. It has a 24hr grocery shop with coffee next to it which was handy if we needed something quickly. Quiet area at night too.
