    Good location close to town within 20 minutes. Fab house with lots of space for a large group and beds are very comfy too. Warm inside and easy to use shower/ heating.

    We had a few issues that were solved quickly by the management team. They offered to send someone out the next day but we said to leave it until we'd left. Beds were comfortable and it was a 5 minute walk to catch the tram or bus into Manchester. We were visiting for a weekend for the Christmas market.

    Lovely decor to each room. Ideal location – 10 min walk from Patricroft Train Station and about 15 mins on the train into Manchester Piccadilly! Handy. Parking was fine and there a shop literally 2 min walk from it if needed!
