  from the minute we arrived the staff couldnt do enough we arrived ,1 hr early and the receptionist apologized and said our room was not ready I wasn't expecting it to be .
  she showed us where the coffee machine was and said help ourselves .

  Great location (we had a show at the AO arena which was just over the road), close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. Room was spacious, had everything needed for a few nights, comfy bed, friendly staff and complimentary croissants and coffee in the morning.

  The location of the hotel is perfect. Most of the historic buildings are very close to the hotel. The room was small but clean and warm. There was everything that I needed. Except for slippers.
