The building and the surroundings outside look very nice. Inside, the place is spacious and clean. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; a Nespresso machine, stove, oven, microwave, television, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en suite baths, and another bathroom. It was a nice, comfortable place for the 5 of us.
The place is in a prime location. It is within walking distance of the Manchester Picadilly train station and Picadilly Gardens. Also within walking distance are pubs and restaurants and grocery shops. The parking spot is great to have, as street parking for non-residents is virtually non-existent.
