Stunning Luxury Vintage Duplex with Parking Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Stunning Luxury Vintage Duplex with Parking on Devonshire Place, you immediately get that “I’ve found something special” feeling. This four-star property sits in one of Manchester‘s most coveted residential streets — honestly, the Georgian architecture alone makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a different era. What really caught my attention though was how seamlessly they’ve managed to preserve that vintage charm while clearly investing in modern comfort.
The Space Itself
The duplex layout is actually brilliant — you get proper separation between living and sleeping areas, which makes all the difference if you’re staying more than a night or two. The room feels genuinely spacious, not like those cramped hotel boxes you sometimes get in city centers. I mean, there’s something refreshing about having actual stairs inside your accommodation. The vintage touches aren’t just for show either — original features blend naturally with updated fixtures, and you can tell someone put real thought into the design rather than just throwing period furniture at the walls.
Location Perks
Devonshire Place puts you right in the heart of things without the constant noise that comes with main thoroughfares. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Northern Quarter’s independent shops and cafés, and about the same distance to Piccadilly Gardens if you need transport links. What couples seem to love most — and honestly, I get it — is that you can easily walk to dinner somewhere nice, then actually have a peaceful evening back at the property. The street itself has that residential feel that makes you forget you’re staying in temporary accommodation.
Practical Advantages
Here’s where this place really wins — the parking situation is sorted, which anyone who’s driven into Manchester city center will appreciate. Free parking in this area is basically gold dust, so that alone probably justifies the booking. The duplex setup means you’ve got proper storage space and room to spread out, plus there’s enough privacy that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of other guests. It’s those practical details that make the difference between a good stay and one where you’re actually comfortable.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.4 rating isn’t accidental — this property delivers on the things that actually matter to travelers. The location scores consistently high because you get the best of both worlds: residential quiet with city center access. Recent guests keep mentioning how the space feels like a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re exploring a city like Manchester. You know what really seals it though? You can park easily, settle in properly, and walk to everything worth seeing — it’s that simple combination that makes a trip work smoothly.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The cozy and quirky decor added so much charm to the space. The thoughtful touches, like the complimentary wine and biscuits, made us feel very welcome.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, cosy, and near to major stores. The interior concept is amazing and one might be lucky to find a lovely bottle of wine on arrival saying 'welcome'.

The house is soo well done, with all the facilities needed to feel at home. M&S and Tesco extra are walking distance which makes it very easy for self catering stay.
Loved the personal touches here and there like cookies, wine and cooking essentials. Will definitely visit here again!Linda from United Kingdom (10/10)
We booked this beautiful apartment last minute, as we needed to stay close to North Manchester Hospital. After a very stressful week, we stepped into an oasis of calm. It is very peaceful in the apartment, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed, the space, and cooking in the lovely kitchen on our first night. On the second night, we went to a local Lebanese restaurant and had a wonderful meal.
The location of the apartment is perfect, a 2 minute walk from shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The Metrolink is a 5 minute walk away, so ideal for anyone who doesn't wish to drive into Manchester, etc.
We can highly recommend this apartment .Charlotte from United Kingdom (10/10)

The property was well appointed with everything that you would need plus extra little personal touches and treats. Absolute luxury!

Great location – near to trams. Quiet street but on the doorstep is a busy high street with more eateries than I could name – and a great variety of them. Also a large M&S food store and a Tesco if you are self catering.

Felt like a home away from home.
