  I felt it was even more spacious that the photos suggested so as a group of 3 people we were very happy with it.
  It was super clean and beds very comfy.
  We were here to attend a gig at the new co-op live arena and the location was PERFECT for this. There is a clear walking route or the tram line stop is right outside.
  I didn’t meet staff other than concierge who was really helpful

  The property is very well located for both "The Etihad Campus" (city ground and Co op Arena) and the City Centre. Both are a 15 -20 min walk along the canal tow path or use the Metrolink (tram) 2 stops in either direction. The New Islington Metrolink stop is directly across from the property and reaches everywhere, and a zone 1 ticket costs under £2.
  
  The apartment was well equipped, very spacious and very clean. The concierge was really helpful and to be commended.
