  Clear instructions, collecting keys from the lock box and guide to parking close by was excellent. Excellent tram link to the AO arena.

  The property was in a great location, with the tram station across the road, and parking was only £6 per day at the station car park, super easy to get to city centre, with Piccadilly gardens only two stops over.
  The apartment was clean and well kept, rooms were of a good standard, nice welcome basket of tea, coffee and biscuits,
